Jase Kennedy Ink edition by Jenny Wood Literature Fiction eBooks

Holy crap! I've loved all the Kennedy series. Just like the others Jase and Joker were adorable, sweet, funny, heartwarming, heartbreaking, and perfect together. I've had tears a few times in this series but seriously Jase had me crying and putting it down for few before finishing it. This family once again made me laugh, cry, and fall in love with them. I've loved all of them but Jase and Joker are my favorite. This can be read by itself but the others are all so fabulous I recommend reading them all especially for context and background so you really get the emotional impact from Jase's story. Fantastic read.

Jase Kennedy Ink edition by Jenny Wood Literature Fiction eBooks Reviews

This is the fourth book in the Kennedy Ink series. Jase (Jason) and Joker (Jacob) story. Jase has come home for the summer both realized that on-campus college isn't for him so he stay's home.

Joker is new to the Kennedy Ink crew and is trying his best to stay to himself but in walks Jase and good intentions go out the window.

Some grammatical phrasing and errors acquire but aren't that bad. This is a good addition to the series but book 1 was better. On to the wedding. And yes, some of my questions have been answered from the previous books.
Joker and Jase's story was heartbreaking and beautiful. Jase is the little brother to the Kennedy clan. We see the youngest come into his own, he falls for the wrong guy and is "dad" is less then pleased. Joker has seen it all and paid a high price, can he find redemption,forgiveness and love? When his past is thrown in his face can he survive? As a side story we see Cameron and Jody at odds and we see Cam coming to his sons defense. Can Jody repair the damage? Can't wait for more in the series.
THE BOOK NEEDS PROOFREADING!!
I love the series, love the characters. That is why each of these books received 5 stars, I overlooked the typos and errors.
Jenny Woods is the most amazing author ever!! While I always identify with all her characters struggles in some level. As I read Jase and experienced his struggles I realized they are my struggles as well even though I had ever realized this until now. Thank you Jenny Wood for sharing your gift with us, and for reminding us that the struggles we all face make the triumph and happy endings that much sweeter.. You are the light at the end of our dark tunnel, thank you for also reminding us good also wins in the end if we allow it!!!! Everyone should read her unlikely hero's series and Kennedy Ink!!! She does also have a short but very good and sweet series He is it, I also highly recommend!!!
This is my 1st. foray into gay stories based around Tattoos and I have to tell you it sure won't be my last. Ms. Wood has taken an intriguing niche of our society and wove them into real people with feelings, heart and soul! I'm not knocking Tattooist!! I grew up in a very strict Catholic family where anything that was not on the exact straight and narrow was wrong or needed to be avoided at all cost's. I am really just so glad that she has opened my eyes to them. Like one other Reviewer stated; these stories make me want to get a Tattoo for myself. I have really enjoyed this series so far and sure hope that there will be another book in the near future.

PS I have just decided to get that Tattoo and I will let you all know when I do.
Man this book killed me!! I loved it and cried almost all the way thru it. Jase, man he wears his heart on his sleeve, or as Joker would say "can read every thought on your face." I honestly I thought something more dastardly would happen to Joker, but you gutted me with Jody's mouthing off. I love this story and love all the rest. Now, Please can we get these guys married and happy and no more Jody being an ass!?!?!?
A marvelous addition to this series ! Each can stand alone, but your understanding of the characters is key. I've read them all, loved each one, and I'm a satisfied reader. This episode is about young Jase, 20, who Jody helped out when Jase left the foster care system. The Kennedy brothers have each other and their extended family, that keeps getting bigger. Jase went away for classes in Michigan, but has come home for the summer, and wants to stay. He meets their new employee, tattoo artist Joker, 25, and each man is interested. Each is a virgin and they move slowly. Joker doesn't want to lose his job at Kennedy Ink, and his past has been rough, including prison time. Jody doesn't like him much. So, we get these nice men, Jase and Joker, coming together to find friendship; a companion and lover. Jody opens his mouth rudely, and nearly screws up their budding romance. But, the guys join ranks and the men have not been abandoned or rejected. Family and friends are soul deep in this group.
I highly recommend this heartwarming story. ENJOY !
====================
I love the family that is Kennedy, Ink! In this story we get to see Jase come home from college hoping for a permanent visit. He is such a charming young man, clearly loved by this clan, something I am grateful for after his rough upbringing. We also get to meet Joker, the new tattoo artist with a dark past. These two meet and the sparks fly but like all relationships this one meets it's share of troubles, primarily in the form of overprotective "father" Jody.

It's easy to fall in love with all of the characters in this series and I highly recommend it. I would've given it 5 stars however, the author confused her characters throughout the story and it's a pattern I've been seeing more and more with some of my favorite authors. I don't appreciate being distracted from the story by having to stop and interpret who is really speaking or acting. One obvious example of this in the book is when Jody yells, "King! You care if Jase goes to your house for Jase?". It occurs less blatantly in other parts of the book and I just find it frustrating. It doesn't take away from the overall story which is why it gets 4 stars.
